Walk the Talk: Canterbury-Bankstown Corporate Workshop

Walk the Talk: Canterbury-Bankstown Corporate Workshop

A domestic and family violence literacy program to support businesses in the Canterbury-Bankstown community

Your workplace can help change the story for women and children in our community.

This Domestic Violence Prevention Month, join Walk the Talk: a powerful program by Women's Community Shelters that brings workplaces together to help end domestic and family abuse.

Hosted by Bankstown Sports Club and supporting Biyani House Revesby Women's Shelter, this local event on Thursday, 28 May from 2pm invites businesses to step up, learn more, and be part of creating safer communities.

At this workshop, your team will gain practical insight into how domestic and family abuse impacts women and children, how to recognise when someone may need support, and how to respond with care, confidence and compassion. You’ll also discover the important role workplaces can play in making safety, support and connection part of everyday community life.

This event is proudly hosted and sponsored by Bankstown Sports Club and organised by Biyani House Revesby Women’s Shelter, part of the Women’s Community Shelters network.

Take action this Domestic Violence Prevention Month. Purchase your ticket, bring your team, and be part of a movement that turns awareness into action.
